iRODS Organise

The iRODS Organise feature automatically structures data in iRODS based on predefined rules set by the FAIR Data Station. This feature helps maintaining a structured and consistent directory structure which makes it easier to locate and manage your files.

Overview of validated metadata files uploaded to iRODS by the validation service.

To use the Organise feature:

• Select the metadata file that should be used for organising the data.

• Click Process to start the organisation step.

• The system applies the rules defined in the metadata file to structure the data accordingly.
